Xifra Lifestyle Review – Is Xifra a Scam? Be Very Careful Here!

Welcome to this Xifra Lifestyle review. Is Xifra a scam, or is it a legit way to making money?

Recently there has been a surge in the number of MLM Crypto-Ponzi schemes. One of the main red flags with these schemes is the promise of a lucrative ROI, and no REAL products or services to market.

In other words, you earn by recruiting more people to the scheme, and from their purchases of membership packages. The cycle repeats itself until eventually the money stops rolling in, and the structure FINALLY collapses.

Is Xifra one such scheme? Read on to find out.

Congratulations on taking the time to do your research before you go all-in with this particular opportunity.

There are tons of scams online. But on the other side of the coin, there is a legit way to making money online.

Having said that, let's dive into this Xifra Lifestyle MLM review and see what the company is all about.

Xifra MLM picture

One of the main ways  to make money as an Xifra Affiliate, is to promote the various Xifra Lifestyle Membership packages. Ultimately this is where the bigger paychecks lie and it requires lots of recruiting effort. If this is the core focus of the business operation, then it operates as a Ponzi.

What is Xifra All About?

Xifra Lifestyle is marketed as a business that gives its members the opportunity to capitalize on three different industries.

Xifra Lifestyle review who is the owner of Xifra Lifestyle

According to LinkedIn, the CEO and co-founder of the company is George Goodman. His profile description does not say much about his previous work experience.

In fact, the one company that he is involved with is non-other than Xifra which came into operation in 2019.

No other MLM experience to his name.

The Xifra Products-It's Disappointing

The company believes that what sets them apart from other MLM companies, is their focus is not on just one industry, but three industries under one roof.

The three industries they claim to offer its members access to are :

  • Medical cannabis industry
  • Financial markets trading, like forex trading, and
  • Health and wellness industry.

Mind you it does sound like a unique business to be a part of.

It would mean that you as a member would not be restricted to just one niche. You do not have to join a separate cannabis MLM like Hempworx, or a Crypto MLM like PGI Global, or a health MLM like Advocare.

It would also mean that you would have more avenues to earn by targeting different audiences.

Sadly though, the truth is disappointing.

There is no further information on any of these different sectors on the official website. They only have a graph displaying some trades.

But it's absolutely meaningless.

What are the Xifra Products all about

Even in their terms and condition section, they refer to financial trading systems only but do not go into any specifics.

So what exactly is it that you will be selling as a Xifra Lifestyle member?

Let's check out in the next section.

The Xifra Lifestyle Scam- The Truth is Revealed

Now that we know the company has no retail products or services, it means that the only way that affiliates can earn commissions is through marketing the Xifra Lifestyle memberships.

Other Xifra Lifestyle reviews talked about the company offering bundle affiliate memberships that included a supplement.

According to these reviews, the products were CBD products, male bedroom enhancers, detox supplements, and weight loss supplements.

The key point here is that even if these products were still available, they would not form part of the companies compensation plan.

And even this recent Xifra Lifestyle compensation plan video below makes no mention of any product whatsoever.

So, how exactly do you make money as a Xifra affiliate?

The Xifra Lifestyle Compensation Plan

The company promises its Xifra affiliates a daily ROI of 0.5% to 2%.

The higher the membership package you buy, the more you can potentially earn.

The Xifra Lifestyle Compensation plan

These are the various packages :

  • X300 – $300
  • X500 – $500
  • X1000 – $1000
  • X3000 – $3000
  • X5000 – $5000
  • X10000 – $10,000
  • X15000 – $15,000
  • X25000 – $25,000
  • X50000 – $50,000

They also have another set of plans called the plantation funds. It starts from $2500 and goes all the way up to $100 000.

Apparently, with these plans, you are locked in a 24-month contract but can earn 10%. You get paid in Bitcoin.

Earning a Direct Bonus With Xifra Lifestyle

The other way to earn is by personal recruits, or by indirect recruits(folks whom your recruits sponsor).

Xifra Compensation plan direct referral commissions

You can 8% from direct referrals and 2% from your indirect referrals.

Xifra Binary Compensation Plan

Then you can earn by building a 'binary tree.' You are at the top and your recruits are placed on either side.

You earn commissions on the leg that produces the lesser volume. The leftover volume from the stronger side is carried over towards the next cycle.

You earn from 7% up to 12% on the weaker binary team side.

Here is the breakdown :

  • On the basic level : its 7%
  • On the X300 and X500 : its 8%
  • On the X1000 : its 9%
  • On the X3000 and X10000 : its 10%
  • On the X15000 and X25000 : its 11%
  • On the X50000 : its 12%

Xifra Rankings

There are 12 rankings that affiliates can work toward. Naturally, the more people you recruit, the more membership sales you make, the higher your rankings, and ultimately more money.

These are the 12 Xifra company rankings along with matching bonuses(calculated on recruits reaching the rank that you are currently at).

Note: the matching bonus(MB)  is only from the Executive level and upward. The matching bonus runs 5 levels deep.

The Xifra Fraud Warning?

On 28th May, the Superintendency of Banking, Insurance and AFP (SBS), have found both PGI Global as well as Xifra guilty of not registering with the regulator.

As such, in an effort to protect the interests of the public they have issued a warning.

Does this mean that Xifra is a scam?

Before I share the verdict, let's take a look at the pros and cons of this business opportunity.

What I like About Xifra Lifestyle

1. Nothing really stands out with this company.

What I Do Not like About Xifra Lifestyle

1. There is no income disclosure ( it can give one an indication of what the average members are earning)

2. Xifra membership is only valid for a period of 150 days, after which you would have to renew to remain an active member.

3. Insufficient details of companies' products or services.

4.No REAL member testimonials or success stories

5.Compensation plan is built around membership package commissions and not on any product or service.

Red Flags of Xifra Lifestyle

1. Legally Registered or Not?

According to the official Xifra website, the company is legally registered.

Xifra Lifestyle review xifra red flags xifra is not legally registered

However, they do not specify what regulatory authorities they are with.

I took a look at their terms and conditions. They said the exact opposite thing! --that they are not registered as an investment company.

Xifra Review xifra is not registered with any company at all

Essentially this means that you are taking all the risk.

You will not be protected and can stand to lose all of your money.

Is Xifra a Scam? My Personal Opinion

Is Xifra Legit?

The company misleads people to believe that they will be making money from three different MLM industries. The official website has insufficient proof to back these claims.

There are no products or services through which one can earn a profit.

Secondly, they ruse affiliates to register Xifra is by offering a return on investment packages(which are expensive).

Since they operate as an MLM and are promising a passive return to its members, it constitutes a securities offering.

Hence, they have to be registered with the necessary authorities to carry out their business operations.

They are not regulated.

What does this mean for You?

It means that if you join, you most likely would be joining a pyramid scheme.

A pyramid scheme is a business operation, where the central focus is on recruiting members to make a profit. There are no additional product or services which allows you to earn.

That means heavy recruiting. In this case, once the team or downline stops gaining new members, the entire organization will cease to operate. The end result, you lose your hard-earned investment.

It's also unfair for the company to have a short membership duration of just 120 days. You have to reinvest, to keep your position in the hierarchy.

The owners have no previous MLM experience. The packages are expensive and there are no REAL success stories. Not a recommendation to anyone!

Why MLM's Are Not Really FUN?

According to the AARP study

  • 91 % joined an MLM to make money either by selling or recruiting,
  • 43 % joined to get product discounts
  • 9 % was only to get just discounts

As for making a profit or loss :

  • (47%) of MLM participants reported that they lost money.
  •   (27%) MLM participants reported that they broke even (made no money).
  •  (25%) MLM participants reported making a profit.

And finally, the three most common reasons as to why people leave the MLM industry, is (1) they find it awkward to pitch to family and friends(2)not making as much money as expected, and (3) not liking to sell all the time

By the way, this report was published in 2018. I still think that it holds merit in today's day and age.

So, what do you think? Is the MLM world for you?

  1. Well to me this looks nothing more than a self help “GO-Fund” me operation to trade Bitcoin or recruit members for CBD. Unregistered, and not being able to found with no income disclosure.

I think you have stumbled upon a scam.

Thanks for your research hopefully it saves some people lots of heartache and money.
